libemail-date-format-perl software package provides Module to generate RFC-2822-valid date strings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libemail-date-format-perl
libemail-date-format-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libemail-date-format-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libemail-date-format-perl *
You will get with libemail-date-format-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
